I would not be where I am today without Katia. The first time we met, she told me, “You will be CEO someday.” I laughed because I wasn’t even a director at the time. Because of her unwavering support, insight, and encouragement, I accomplished so much more than I could have imagined - launched Facebook Marketplace, joined the Intuit board, wrote a best-selling book, and became the CEO of Ancestry. 

She taught me abundant thinking and how to open myself up to the possibilities. She held a mirror up to my actions and reactions and gave me the tools to build relationships and connect. I took all of her lessons and put it in my book, Take Back Your Power. I can’t imagine my career without her at my side for all these years.
