Katia has been one of my core mentors through my journey from a Director to a VP at Meta and now the CEO and founder of Hubble, which is reimagining empowered communities.

Katia is pioneering a movement by building a community centered around the fundamental belief that we are all creators and builders. With her lifelong experience studying cultures, working with founders and execs, and being a creator herself, Katia has crafted a unique system of tools and assembled a powerful group of individuals who are on this journey together. Therein lies the magic: this integrated community (aptly named “Better than Imagined”) celebrates and reinforces creation as a way of life, fueling a unique virtuous cycle.
